Virginia “Susie” Lee Glenn

Healdton - A time to gather and visit with family is scheduled for 5-6 P.M. Thursday, May 18, 2023 at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Healdton.  Cremation Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home.  

Mrs. Viriginia "Susie" Lee (Segler) Glenn, 76 of Healdton departed from this life on Friday, May 12, 2023 at a hospital facility in Oklahoma City, OK.  She was born the to the late Mr. Travis Clinton Segler and Mrs. Myrtle Marie (Lambert) Segler on August 29, 1946 in Lone Grove, OK.

Susie was raised in Lone Grove, OK moving to Fillmore, CA where she attended high school.  She moved back to Oklahoma after she graduated in 1964.  Susie met and fell in love with Mr. Josh Elwood Glenn and they were united in marriage on October 8, 1965 in Lone Grove.  They made their home in Lone Grove until the early 1970's when they moved to Healdton.   She worked the majority of her life for Dr. Mark Newey as his office manager. Susie had an eye for art, enjoying painting and photography, but most of all, she enjoyed all the family gatherings. 

Preceding her in death were her parents; siblings, Joe Clinton Segler, Patsy Segler Schoonover, Charles Blaine Segler, and Linda Marie Segler Bailey. 

Susie is survived by her husband, Josh; son, Steve Glenn and wife Callie; siblings, James Travis Segler and wife Mary, Carole Ann Segler Bourns and husband Johnny, David Oren Segler and wife Cathy, Kerry Don Segler and wife Gay, and Becky Segler Lynn; and by a host of other family and friends.
