Thelma Faye Morgan

Ratliff City – Funeral Services for Mrs. Thelma Faye Morgan, 67, are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday, January 10, 2011 at the First Baptist Church of Ratliff City with Rev. Ben Sanchez and Rev. Mike Cox officiating. Services are under the direction of Alexander Funeral Home of Ratliff City.

Thelma was born July 24, 1943 at Tishomingo to the late Mr. Willie Joe Brown and Mrs. Minnie Alice (Stephens) Brown. She departed this life Wed. January 5, 2011 at her home in Lindsay, OK.

Thelma was a great mother who always loved to cook and take care of her children. She enjoyed many camping trips and family reunions at Lake Fuqua and Tishomingo. Thelma loved collecting dolls and angels and enjoyed attending flea markets. At Christmas she always made lots of candy while listening to her favorite Christmas music by Elvis Presley.

She is preceded in death by her Parents, Siblings, Charlie V. Nash, Paul Brown, Willie Brown, Mildred Gibson, Alice Downey, Alford Nash, Edgel Nash, Johnny Nash and Ester Nash.

Survivors include her sons, Johnny Walker and wife Alisha of Ratliff City, David Walker of Granbury, TX, and Mark Baker of Tulsa, OK. Sister, Pauline Eitel of Dibble, OK. Brother, J.C. Brown of Oklahoma City. Grandchildren, Hunter Walker, Langsten Walker, Justin Baker and Charles Ray Walker. Step Son, Dennis Morgan of Duncan and his children Tony and Amy.

Pallbearers will be Tim Johnson, Keith Morse, Dennis Smith, Ron Jenkins, Kent Porterfield and Johnny Brown.

Honorary Bearers will be Chris Tivis, Darren Langley, Glenn James and Buck Pearson.

Family visitation will be from 6-8 pm Sunday at the funeral home in Ratliff City.
