Terri Michelle Wright

Velma - Graveside Services for Mrs. Terri Michelle (Bench) Wright 43 of Ratliff City, are scheduled for 3:00 P.M. Saturday, January 9, 2021 at the New Velma Cemetery with Bro. Rocky Keck officiating. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Velma.

Terri was born September 24, 1977 in Wilburton, OK to late Mr. Arvell Ray Bench and Mrs. Beatrice (Tomlinson) Bench. Terri fought the good fight of faith and won her ultimate healing to be with our Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus, on Monday, January 4, 2021.

Growing up, Terri attended Fox and Velma Public Schools. Later on, Terri married Stacey Wright on February 14, 1998. She had five beautiful children, Derek, Dakotah, Nikki, Trenton and sweet baby Greyson. Terri was highly active in her children's lives including sports, extra curriculars, and hobbies. If she did not know how to do something, she made sure she learned how. Terri was a giving, loving, and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, and friend. Through her fight, she had faith and her spirit was willing, but her body was weak. We thank the Lord for the time we have had with her and thankful that where she is, we can go one day.

Preceding her in death are her father, Arvell Bench; grandparents, Raymond and Margie Bench and William and Eurcie Tomlinson; and by a brother, Donnie Bench.

Terri is survived by her mother, Beatrice Bench of Velma; beloved Stacey Wright of Countyline; children, Derek Wright and wife Ashely of Velma, Dakotah Wright and wife Serenity of Ratliff City, Nikki Wright of Countyline, Trenton Wright of Countyline, and Greyson River Loveday of Countyline; sisters, Angela Pruitt and husband Danny of Sallisaw, Melissa Norton and husband Jon of Countyline, and Krista Paramore and husband Dustin of Velma; brothers, Tim Bench of Velma and Monte Bench of Velma; 12 grandchildren; and numerous other family and friends.

Casket bearers will be Derek Wright, Dakotah Wright, Jerald Watson, Dustin Paramore, Aaron White and Buck Scifres. Honorary bearers will be Jake Pruitt, Troy Downey, Colby Kilcrease, Cody Bench, Tim Bench, Monte Bench, Kenny Loftis and Paul Miles.

Viewing will be Thursday evening and Friday from 8:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. at Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Velma.
