Sarah "Liz" Elizabeth Wilson

Ringling – Graveside Services for Mr. Sarah Elizabeth “Liz” Wilson, 51, of Ringling are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday January 20, 2012 at Our Family Cemetery south of Ringling near the residence of Don and Drue Patrick with Rev. Jimmy Morris officiating. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Funeral Home of Ringling.

Liz was born November 18, 1960 at Ardmore to Mr. Donald Allen Patrick and Mrs. Lella Drue (Wade) Patrick. She departed this life Monday, January 16, 2012 at Oklahoma City.

Liz was raised in Ringling graduating from Ringling High School in 1978. She married Mr. Cokey Wilson November 9, 1978 at Sand Springs. They lived all over Oklahoma and North Texas following coaching positions until making Ringling their permanent home just five years ago. Liz always put everyone else first. She loved kids and devoted her life to helping those that were less fortunate. They enjoyed their years on the Boys Ranch and always enjoyed the many children who touched their lives.

Preceding her in Death is her Parents in law: Bo and Hellouise Wilson, Brother in law – Harley Stewart and nephew Joe Dale Stewart.

Survivors include her husband Cokey of the home; Daughters, Tonya, Logan, Rhyan, Paloma and Nikki; Sons, Kevin and wife Patty, Bo’Don and wife Kimmie, Justin and wife Megara, Jonathan, Flint, Rance, Lupe, Jamall, Adrian, Ricky, Matt and Derrick. Numerous other children whom were like her own. Parents, Don and Drue Patrick of Ringling; Sisters, Donna Skinner and Husband Mike, and Patricia Stewart. Grandchildren, Krissa, Kara, Justtice, Jakob, Dylan and Austen. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, and other family and friends.

Pallbearers are Patrick Stewart, Scott Skinner, Kyle Skinner, Jason Draper, Tudor Draper, Michael Marzek, Larry Gene Joplin, and Matthew McCleary.

In Lieu of Flowers: Donations may be made payable to the Liz Wilson Scholarship c/o Alexander Funeral Home P.O. Box 1067, Ringling, OK 73456.

Family visitation will be from 6-8 pm Thursday Evening at the funeral home in Ringling.
