Russell Coleman Billingsley

Wilson- Memorial services for Russell Coleman Billingsley, 44, of Ardmore, are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 28, 2023 at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Wilson with Rev. George Lynn Harris and Rev. Jason Williams officiating. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Crematory in Ringling.

Russell was born December 17, 1978 in Ardmore to Rex Billingsley and Roberta Tynes. He departed this life on Friday, April 21, 2023 at his home in Ardmore.

Russell was raised in Wilson where he attended school. He worked for Solitaire Mobile Homes as a Carpenter in Waurika, at Four D Corporation in Duncan, and also at Uniroyal/ Michelin in Ardmore. Russell had a love for music and was very talented on the guitar and also the trumpet. He even helped build a few guitars with his friend Doug Blocker.

Preceding him in death are his father, Rex Billingsley, grandparents and his uncle, Wendell Billingsley.

Survivors include his mother Robbie Tynes of Ardmore; daughter, Purity Billingsley of Dallas, TX; brother, Ryan Billingsley and friend Taylor Tucker of Ardmore; Aunt, Lisa Billingsley of Wilson; Elaine Sullivan Schammerhorn of Tishomingo; numerous other family and a host of friends.
