Russell Bryant Beck

Wilson - Mr. Russell Bryant Beck, 57 of Lone Grove departed from this life on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at his home surrounded by family. A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Mary Niblack Church in Ardmore with Derek Crawford officiating. Cremation services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home and Crematory.

Russell was born on April 26, 1964 in Ardmore, OK to the late Mr. Olen Earl Beck and Mrs. Norma Jean (Adams) Beck Rutledge.

Russell was raised primarily in Wilson graduating from Wilson High School in 1982. He then joined the United States Navy and served honorably until he received his discharge in 1986. Thereafter he attended college at Midwestern State, while working for his uncle Lynn and aunt Mary at "Uncle Lynn's Catfish Restaurant" of Wichita Falls, TX. Russell married the love of his life, Tori Jones on February 19, 1999, at Waurika making their home in this area and has worked at Michelin for the last 15 years. He loved watching his kids play sports, enjoyed fishing, arrowhead hunting, and playing poker.

Preceding him in death were his parents. Olen Earl Beck and Norma Jean (Adams) Rutledge

Russell is survived by his wife, Tori of the home. daughter, Hillary Young of Missouri; son, Joshua Bryant Beck of Minneapolis, MN; daughter, Abigail Kate Beck of the home; father, Rex Rutledge of Wilson; siblings, Vonda Meadows and husband Mike of Wilson, Robert Rutledge and wife Holly of Wilson, Valerie St. Clair and husband Larry of Springer, Brenda Willis of Aledo, TX, and Jacquelyn Cason-Buckholt of Ft. Worth, TX; sisters in law, Sherri McBride of Wilson, Christi Jones of Overbrook; brother in law, Greg Jones of New Mexico; best friends, Doug Epley and Dierk Smith; and by a host of other family and friends.
