Rosetta "Rosie" Katherine Keck

Healdton - Graveside Services for Mrs. Rosetta "Rosie" Katherine Keck, 89, of Healdton are scheduled for 10:30 AM Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at the Mount Olive Cemetery of Healdton with Bro. Jim Duck officiating. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Funeral Home.

Rosie was born on October 12, 1928 at Duncan to the late Mr. Ali Andrew Wilkerson and Mrs. Alice May (Burns) Wilkerson. She departed this life Friday evening July 6, 2018 at her home in Healdton.


Rosie was raised by her Aunt and Uncle, Jack and Ethel Rhodis, since she was 6 months old. She attended school at Rock Springs and Fox before moving to Healdton.Rosie was united in marriage to the late Mr. J.P Keck and to this union she was blessed with two boys Danny and Gary and later in life was gifted with another boy named Mark.She worked as a waitress and cook for various cafes throughout the community of Healdton since she was 16 years old . She owned and operated Bamboo Cafe of Healdton and was also employed at the Healdton Nursing Home and Quick Check.


Rosie enjoyed fishing, professional wrestling, the Dallas Cowboys, OU Sooner football and admired roses of any kind. She enjoyed being outside and took great pride in keeping her yard. She was baptized at the Wirt Baptist Church when she was young and was of the Pentecostal Faith.


Preceding her in death were her Parents; sister, Bernice Armstrong and her husband W.J. "Dub" Armstrong and her Uncle and Aunt whom raised her, Jack and Ethel Rhodis.


Survivors include her sons, Danny Ray Keck of Healdton; Gary Lynn Keck and wife Linda of Healdton and Mark Treadwell of Healdton; grandsons, Chris Keck and wife Mary, Gary Phillip Keck and wife Megan, Timothy Andrew Keck, James Allen Keck and Devon Treadwell; granddaughter, Jennifer Ann Keck and her Fiancee' Russell Dobson; great granddaughter, Brooklyn Dawn Keck and a very good friend, Nancy Sherman of Oil City; and her best friend and neighbor, Rosie Freeman and numerous other family and friends.


Casket Bearers will be Gary Phillip Keck, Chris Keck, Timothy Keck, James Keck, Russell Dobson and William Skelton.


Honorary Bearers will be Charlie Griffith and Marion Ward.


The family would like to express their appreciation to Cross Timbers Hospice, the Mercy Hospital of Healdton and the Oklahoma Heart Hospital for their kindfelt care and support.


Family visitation will be held on Monday from 6 to 8 PM at the Alexander Funeral Home of Wilson.
