Ronald "Ronnie Lee King

Wilson - Funeral Services for Mr. Ronald "Ronnie" Lee King, 66 of Ringling are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Wilson with Rev. Mike Williams officiating. Interment will follow to Cornish Cemetery. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Wilson.

Ronnie was born November 16, 1954 in Wilson, OK to the late Mr. Edgar Dorsey King and Mrs. Maimita Dean (Lee) King. He departed from this life on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at his home in Ringling with his family by his side.

Ronnie was raised in Wilson attending school there. He worked in the oilfield most of his life mostly as a truckdriver. He married Shirley Moore and they were blessed with a daughter, Lacey. Later, Ronnie married Cindy Thompson on May 13, 1986 in Ringling and gained a daughter, Chainey Thompson and they were both blessed with a daughter, Elisha. Together, they made their home in Ringling. Ronnie enjoyed fishing, boating, riding horses with the six pack pony riders and spending time with his family.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and his brothers, Jimmy and Terry King.

Ronnie is survived by his wife, Cindy of the home; daughters, Lacey Cox and husband Matthew of Wilson, Chainey Austin and husband Stephen of Oklahoma City and Elisha King of Ringling; sister, Tammy White of Wilson; siblings, Clifford, Edward and Donald King and Carolyn Hayes; 10 grandchildren, Dakota Levi Cox, Kinlee Nicole Cox, Journi Lee Langley, Paislee Joe Langley, Cooper Lee Austin, Olivia and Ellia Austin, Levi Armstrong, Cody Austin and McKenzie Austin; special nieces and nephews, Kristin Cain, Heather Goodman, Josh and Allen White, and Cheri King; and by a host of other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Matthew Cox, Dakota Cox, Allen White, Stephen Austin, Johnnie Law, and Billy Johnson. Honorary bearers will be Josh White, Jake Henry, Tom Hill, Jay Harrington, and Billy Perry.

Visitation will be held Monday evening from 6-8 P.M. at Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Wilson.
