Ringling- Services for Mr. Robert Randall Edwards, 71, who passed away Monday February 25, 2008 at Ardmore , are scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday February 28, 2008 at Alexander Funeral Chapel in Wilson with Stephen Carroll, Rev. Bobby Perkins and Rev. Ronnie Carroll officiating. Interment will follow at Orr Cemetery .

Randall was born June 27, 1936 at Orr to the late James Robert Edwards and Edith Olivia Swan Edwards. He was raised at Orr, graduating from Ringling High School in 1953. He entered the United States Army April 16, 1960 and honorably discharged March 30, 1966 . He attended OSU and graduated with a degree in Animal Husbandry. He married the former Martha Ann Carroll July 2, 1969 at Wichita Falls , TX . They lived in Texas and Arkansas covering a large area selling Pharmaceuticals to feed lots and Veterinarians. He retired in 1994 and moved to Ringling where he drove a truck for Joe Roberts. He was an avid Fisherman and guitarist and was of the Baptist Faith

Survivors include his wife Martha of the home, Son Todd Edwards of Austin , TX , Sister Oleta Aldridge of Annabelle, Utah and Brother Ross Edwards of Ringling.

Pallbearers will be Cousins and Nephews, Coy Abshire, Kenneth Thompson, Jason Carroll, Lavon Smith, Robert Wayne Edwards and Mark Lumry.

Honorary Bearers will be Cousins and Walter Arrington and Billy Baker.

Family Visitation will be from 6-8 pm Wednesday Evening at the funeral home in Ringling.
