Richard Alan Glover

Memorial services for Richard Alan Glover, 25, of Ardmore, are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Monday, January 16, 2023, at the Equip Life Church in Ardmore, 1219 A Street NE Ardmore, OK 73401.  

Richard Alan Glover was born May 11, 1997, in Ardmore. He went to be with the Lord on January 8, 2023, in Oklahoma City, OK.

Richard’s birth mother is Tammy Watkins and he was raised by Mary and John Glover all of Ardmore. He was born and raised in Ardmore where he attended school. Richard loved spending time with his family, playing Wahoo with his mom, Mary Glover, playing Dominos, going to the casino, and camping. In the evenings Richard enjoyed building a fire and sitting around it, visiting with others. Most of all, he loved to fish, especially with his brother, Joe and cousin, Kevin. He was loved by all who knew him.

Preceding him in death are his two uncles, Sam Watkins and Henry Watkins and his grandma, Mildred Faulkner.

Survivors include his parents, John and Mary Glover Ardmore; three brothers, Joe Watkins, Frankie Glover and Johnny Glover all of Ardmore; sisters, Racheal Glover, Mary Watkins and her boyfriend, David Stuckey, Jan Royal and husband Kevin of Ardmore; close cousins, Kelley, Taylor, and Kevin all of Ardmore; two special cousins, Eijah and Lakai Davis; nephews, Zakobie Thomas and Kay’Drix Willis; Aunts, Janice Faulkner, Jane Cunningham and Tricia Royal; uncles, Ray Faulkner and wife Vanessa and John McIntyre and wife Susan; numerous other family and a host of friends.
