Regina Keith Edmondson

Ringling- Memorial Services for Mrs. Regina Keith Edmondson, 53, of Waurika are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, January 24, 2014 at the Ringling United Methodist Church with Rev. Alex Costea officiating. Inurnment will follow at the Ringling Memorial Cemetery. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Funeral Home and Crematory of Ringling.

Regina was born September 6, 1960 at Ardmore, OK. to the late Mr. Melvin Rhea “Red” Edmondson and Mrs. Sammie Louise (Tipton) Edmondson. She departed this life Friday, January 17, 2014 at Maud, Oklahoma.

Regina moved to Alaska at a young age. After becoming mother as a young lady, she returned to Oklahoma soon joined the R.O.T.C. program at college and served as a Second Lieutenant in the Army National Guard and Army Reserves where she was honorably discharged and commended for her faithful service in 1988. She attended ECU and received her degree in Education. Regina taught school at Maud from the early 90’s until 2005 when she moved to Waurika Public Schools where she was currently teaching Junior High. Regina enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her Parents, Sister, Debra Lynn Gray and Nephew, Leland Gray.

Regina is survived by her Daughter, Brandy Marie Jimenez and husband John of Anchorage, AK. ; Three Sons, Christopher Allen Witt of Norfolk, VA., Jonathan Keith Fleming and wife Tamara of Maude, OK. and Tommy Finch JR. of Del City, OK.; Sister, Cynthia Johnson of Palmer, AK.; Brother, Randall Edmondson and wife Ellie of Kenia, AK.; 4 Grandchildren, Destiny Jimenez, Kyle Snodgrass, Jake Crawford and Grace Fleming; Aunt, Lena Tooman of Sapulpa, OK.; Uncle, Buddy Tipton and wife Mary Belle of Tulsa, OK; Numerous other Family and Friends.

Honorary Pallbearers are Dale Spradling, Randy Edmondson, Tommy Finch JR., Jon Fleming, Josh Edmondson, Darrell Edmondson, Chris Witt, Jerry Tarbet and Justin Harjo.
