Wilson – Graveside services for Mrs. Rebecca “Becky” Ann (Huskey) Hacker, 78, of Wilson, are scheduled for 10:00 AM on Monday, October 7, 2024, at Bomar Point Cemetery with Bro. Darryl Howard officiating. The services are under the direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Wilson.
Rebecca, affectionately known as Becky, was born on August 18, 1946, in Waurika, to the late Rube and Francis (Johnson) Huskey. She peacefully transitioned to her heavenly home on Friday, October 4, 2024, in Healdton, Oklahoma.
A devoted member of the Blue-Ribbon Baptist Church in Lone Grove, Becky was saved early in life, grounding her in faith and community. She married Gilbert Hacker on October 23, 1978, in Gainesville, Texas, and together they raised a loving family, including their three children: Bryan Burton, Dennis Burton, and Caleb Hacker, along with three stepchildren: Wesley Hacker, Les Hacker, and Scerita Busby.
Becky is preceded in death by her parents, her sister, and her parents-in-law, George and Lillie Hacker. She was also predeceased by her brothers-in-law, Billy Bob and Kenneth Hacker; sisters-in-law, Peggy Hacker, Vera Mae Williams, and Jane Hacker; along with her nephew, Rickey Hacker and her niece, Connie Lynn Upton.
She is survived by her loving husband, Gilbert Hacker, her children Bryan Burton, Dennis Burton, Caleb Hacker and stepchildren, Wesley Hacker and his wife Gianna, and Less Hacker and his wife Sharon, sister-in-law Carrie Hacker, brother-in-law Loran Hacker, brother-in-law Bobby Williams as well as many step grandchildren, step great-grandchildren and a multitude of friends and family who will dearly miss her presence.
Becky dedicated her life to her work as a beautician and waitress. She enjoyed visiting with family, loved spending time by the lake fishing, and hosted many cherished fish fry gatherings.
Pallbearers will include Steven Hacker, Greg Munholland, Chris Hacker, Matt Hacker, Adam Hacker, and Wyatt Hacker.
Family visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM on Sunday at Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Wilson.
