Patsy Lou Elmore

Wilson - Patsy Lou Elmore was born on January 15, 1939 in Davis, OK to the late Mr. Sam Willis and Mrs. Willie B. (Curtis) Willis. She passed from this life on June 12, 2017 in Ardmore at the age of 78. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Crematory in Ringing.

Patsy was raised in the Fox area graduating from Fox High School in 1957. In 1958, she married the late Lynn Elmore and they were blessed with two children, Gary Elmore and Jana Elmore Ellifritz. Patsy had a 38 year banking career and will always be remembered for her friendliness, laughter and taking care of her customers. She retired in 2003. Patsy was a Sunday School Teacher and loved every minute of it. She was of the Baptist Faith. Patsy's greatest joy were her grandchildren and great grandchildren. To them, she was known as Memmie.

Preceding her in death are her parents;son, Gary Elmore; great grandson, Austin Gauge Reed and a nephew, T. J. Jacks.

Patsy is survived by her daughter, Jana Elmore Ellifritz and husband David of Marietta; grandchildren, Jacci Dawn Bell, Jeremy Lynn Bell, Baily Shane Gover and Garrison Lynn Elmore; sister, Sammie Jacks of Ardmore; great grandsons, Bentley John Black and Ryder Wayne Black; nephew, Bobby Jacks, Jr.; niece, Tracey Tines and numerous other family and friends.
