Patrick Penland

Healdton - Patrick Penland, 68, passed away January 23, 1925 after a lengthy illness at his home in Healdton with his wife by his side.  Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home and Crematory in Healdton. 

Patrick was born March 9, 1956 in Oklahoma City to the late Mr. Frank Francis Penland and Mrs. Bernard Jones (Bower) Penland.  He had worked in the oilfield for nearly 50 years.  Most of these years he drove a tandem oilfield truck and moved drilling rigs.  Patrick was one of those people who never met a stranger and would talk to everyone whether he knew you or not.  Since he was an avid OSU Cowboy fan, he loved to tease and aggravate OU fans all in good fun.  

Patrick leaves behind to cherish his memory, wife Jo ; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Carol and Ron; nephew, James and his wife Lori; two great nieces, Allison and Brooke; and a host of other family and friends.   

A private family inurnment will be held at a later date.
