Patricia "Pat" Jean (Studeman) Stewart

Memorial services for Patricia “Pat” Jean (Studeman) Stewart, 73, of Lone Grove, are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Saturday, August 26, 2023, at the New Hope Freewill Baptist Church, with Rev. David Gardner officiating. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home at Wilson.

Pat was born January 28, 1950, at Ardmore, to the late Mr. Clint O’Neal Studeman and Mrs. Myrtie Austin Laney. She departed this life Friday, August 18, 2023, at Oklahoma City.

Pat was raised in Ardmore and remained in this area all of her life. She married Mr. Doug Stewart on July 15, 1967, at the Ardmore Methodist Church. The couple made their home in Lone Grove in 1972, where they raised their two children. Pat worked many years in retail management, working her final years of employment for Farmers Market. She loved taking vacations, playing bingo, and arrowhead hunting. After the passing of her husband, Doug, Pat and her church friend, Jim, met and she enjoyed going on her first boat ride and plane ride with him. They also enjoyed traveling the Mississippi River.

Preceding were her parents, Clint and Myrtie; husband, Doug; her 2 sisters and 3 brothers.

Survivors include her companion, Jim Mason of Lone Grove; daughter, Alanda Pinkerton and husband Jason of Lone Grove; son, Kenny Stewart and wife Nikki of Lone Grove; 5 grandchildren, Katlyn Worthington and husband Dakota, Miranda Stewart, Robert Pinkerton, Charles Stewart, and Samantha Pinkerton; sister, Peggy Bagwell of Ardmore; brother, Ricky Studeman and wife Shannon of Lone Grove; numerous other family and many friends.
