Lone Grove – Funeral Services for Mrs. Patricia Ann Massey, 71, of Lone Grove are scheduled for 3:00 PM Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at New Hope Freewill Baptist Church in Lone Grove with Rev. David Gardner officiating. Interment will follow at Keller Cemetery in Wilson. Services are under the direction of Alexander Funeral Home in Wilson.

Patricia was born December 28, 1938 to the late Mr. Ray Henderson “Bud” Criswell and Mrs. Pauline Ester (Miller) Criswell. She departed this life Saturday July 17, 2010 at Lone Grove.

Patricia was raised at Wewoka attending school there. She married the late Mr. Charles Dean Massey Dec. 23, 1955 at Ardmore. They remained in this area making Lone Grove their home for 57 years. Patricia was employed at the Ardmoreite for 30 years as a carrier retiring in 2003. Charles preceded her in death on July 1, 2009.

Also preceding her in death are her Parents, Bud Criswell and Pauline Ester Criswell McClure, son Dean Massey, brother, Bill Criswell and granddaughter, Amy Dawn Rutledge.

Survivors include son Rick Massey and wife Traci, Daughters, Latricia Massey and Paula Rutledge and husband Steve, all of Lone Grove. Grandchildren, Richard Massey, Heather Rutledge, Eric Rutledge, and Derick Massey. Sisters, Bonnie Hughes of Chickasha, Caroline Smith and husband Keith of Lone Grove, Brothers, Paul Criswell and wife Ann and Jack Criswell and wife Mary Lou all of Lone Grove. Sister in law, Millie Criswell of Albuquerque, N.M., Special Nieces and nephews including 2 who were like her own Lacinda McCurtain and Teresa Campbell.

Pallbearers are Keith Smith, Ron McCurtain, Brian Krohn, James Shrader, Kelly Smith and Carlos Ramon.
