Ardmore - Funeral Services for Mrs. Onita Ann McMillan, 74, of Ardmore are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 10, 2018 at the Crystal Rock Cathedral with Dr. Walt Spradling and Pastor Tim Jones officiating. Interment will follow to Oswalt Cemetery. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Funeral Home in Wilson.


Onita was born January 26, 1944 in Blue, OK to the late Mr. Luther Thomas Stonebarger and Mrs. Suba (Cooper) Stonebarger. She departed from this life on Monday, August 6, 2018 at her home in Ardmore.


Onita was raised in Southern Oklahoma area graduating from Leon High School. She married Charles McMillan on June 30, 1964 in Durant, OK. They moved to Ardmore in 1996. Onita enjoyed playing Bingo, watching sports and spending time with her kids and grandkids. She loved to sing and could always be heard whistling. Onita was a member of the Rawhide Cowboy Church in Gene Autry.


Preceding her in death are her parents; mother and father in law, Virgil and Faye McMillan; sisters, Nadine Quick, Billie Stogner, Dude Riley and Bonnie Stonebarger; brothers, L.T. Stonebarger, Ed Stonebarger, Aber Stonebarger, Bill Stonebarger and Dave Stonebarger.


Onita is survived by her husband, Charles McMillan of the home; daughters, Jonita Faulkner and Sam of Ardmore, Charla Osborne and husband Jonnie of Dickson and Melissa McCurdy and husband Micheal of Ardmore; grandchildren, Coty and Emily Osborne, James and Angela Seward, J.C. and Dallas Osborne, Kaleb and Emily Edwards, Christopher and Taylor Battles, Justin McCurdy, Maranda and Charley Battles, Dakota and Angela McCurdy, Jacie Battles, Carlie McCurdy, Kyla McCurdy, Kammi Battles and Shawn McKinney; sisters, Hazel Campbell, Barbara Hale, Doshie Eddington, Janette Pullum, Genece Ferguson and Jeanie Jordan; brother, Jess Stonebarger and a host of other family and friends.


Pallbearers will be Kaleb Edwards, Christopher Battles, Dakota McCurdy, Charley Battles, J.C. Osborne and Bruce Elvington.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Donnell Cox, Phillip Black, Johnny Ray Tynes, Bobby Dennis Cox, Terry Cox and Shawn McKinney.
