Nell Opaline Culley

Family Memorial Services for Mrs. Nell Opaline (Rowe) Culley, 80 of Healdton, are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Saturday, March 31, 2018 at her home; 164 Kewanee St., Healdton, OK.

Nell was born September 30 ,1937 in Loco, OK to the late Mr. Henry Jesse Bluford Rowe and Mrs. Vera Lea (Porter) Rowe. She went to be with her Lord on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at her home.

Nell was raised in several communities, including Watsonville, CA and Dallas. She married Bennie Norman Culley on July 9, 1955 at Ardmore. The majority of their married life, they resided within Dallas area. Nell moved to Healdton in 1999 to be closer to home. Nell sewed for several people, never using a pattern. Bennie preceded her in death on September 11, 1987. She was an avid reader with an extensive collection of books. Nell loved to travel and would leave at a moments notice on an unplanned adventure across country. But mostly, Nell enjoyed cooking and showed her love by feeding those she cared about. The world was blessed to have Nell of 80 years. She was a lovely woman both inside and out and she will be missed.

Preceding her in death are her parents; Henry Rowe and Vera Habishaw.

Nell is survived by her children, Charles Culley of Healdton, Kenneth Culley of Healdton, Lisa Morillo and husband Leo McKeown of Clovis, NM and Cheryl Espinosa and husband Bert of Watauga, TX; sister, Earlene Hannah of Ravia; 6 grandchildren, Meghan Morillo, Mason Morillo, Lauren Espinosa, Vivienne Espinosa, Ruby Espinosa and Liam McKeown; and other family and friends.
