Mishelle (Walker) Armstrong

Mishelle (Walker) Armstrong of Wilson departed this life on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at her residence in Wilson at the age of 62 years, 6 months, and 25 days. Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Wilson with Rev. Jason Williams officiating. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Wilson.

Mishelle was born on October 8, 1958 in Brownwood, TX to the late Mr. Hubert Edward Walker and Mrs. Reba Jean (Hipsher) Justice.

Mishelle was raised primarily at San Saba, TX moving to Oklahoma in the early 80's working pecans up and down Mud Creek. She married Mr. Morgan Paul Armstong in 1998 at Wilson. They made their home in this area working in the oilfield. Mishelle was a pumper working for All Points Services for a number of years. Mishelle enjoyed fishing and always raised a beautiful garden. She was a talented mechanic and painter as well. Mishelle was of the Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Glen Davis Walker.

Mishelle is survived by her husband, Morgan Paul Armstrong of the home; son, Marcus Smith and his wife Stacy of Longview, TX; step sons, Miles Armstrong and Nick Armstrong of Healdton; brother, Ron Scott Walker and his wife Susie of Lincoln, NB; Numerous grandchildren, other family members and a host of friends.

Serving as a Honorary Pallbearers will be Rachel Hacker.
