Michael Lynn Simon

Healdton - Michael "Mike" Lynn Simon, 54 of Healdton departed from this life on December 10, 2023 in Oklahoma City, OK.  He was born to the late Mr. Danny Leon Simon and Mrs. Ruby Charleane (Capehart) Simon on March 9, 1969 in Woodward, OK.  Cremation services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Healdton. 

Mike was raised in Healdton attending and graduating from Healdton High School in 1987.  He then worked for WW Welders and J&I Manufacturing as a welder, as a crane operator for DCD in Durant and lastly as a security guard and patrol for the Chickasaw Nation.  Mike married Kathie Rae Snooks on June 29, 1996 at Ringling, OK and together they made their home in Healdton.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gambling, and he loved his dogs. 

Preceding him in death were his parents; and a brother, Dusty Simon.

Mike is survived by his wife, Kathie of the home; sons, Phillip Snooks and wife Anna of Wilson and Jesse Henry of Gerogia; brother, Danny "Chop" Simon and wife Mindy of Lexington; sister, Sandy Spellman and husband Don of Healdton; grandchildren, Zoe Madison, Ryit, Ruby, Lucas, Landon and Hailyn; nieces, Bella Spellman and Katie Simon; nephews, Don Spellman, II and Matt Simon; great nephews, Conrad and Eli Simon; and by a host of other family and friends.
