Wilson - Funeral Services for Mrs. Mary Ellen (Phillips) Wyatt, 75, longtime resident of Wilson are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, January 8, 2016 at Alexander Funeral Home Chapel of Wilson with Bro. Brian Baker officiating. Interment will follow at the Hewitt Cemetery in Wilson.

Mary was born on January 3, 1941 at Ardmore to the late Mr. Roy Lee Phillips and Mrs. Johnnie Beulah (Woodruff) Phillips. She departed this life on January 4, 2016 at her home in Wilson.

Mary was raised at Sulphur attending school there and at Ardmore. She worked at the Ardmore Hospital in the kitchen before becoming a medication aid at the Wilson and Healdton Nursing Homes. She married Mr. Jimmy Lee Wyatt, Sr. on June 16, 1960 at Gainesville, TX. To this union they were blessed with 6 children.

Mary always loved being with her family and was a great admirer of Elvis Presley. She also loved to cook and enjoyed collecting angel figurines. Her happiest moments were spent at family gatherings especially with her grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husband Jimmy, - June 12, 2007; her Parents; sister, Orlena; special companion Ray Jiminez; mother and father in law, AB. and Gladys Wyatt;

Survivors include son, Jimmy L. Wyatt, Jr. and wife Norma; daughter, Johnna Greenroyd and husband Chuck; sons, Mike Wyatt and wife Paula, Mark Wyatt and wife Misty, Matt Wyatt and wife Crystal, daughter Jana Mutziger and husband Willie;20 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; numerous other family and friends.

Casket Bearers are Daniel Butcher, David Steele, Danny Elston, Thomas Everett, Chance Butcher and Mikey Chapman.

Honorary bearers are her Sons and Grandsons.

Memorial donations may be made to Cross Timbers Hospice of Ardmore for their kind felt care and support.

Family visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Thursday Evening at the funeral home in Wilson.
