Wilson - Funeral Services for Mr. Mark Stephen Ballard, 62 of Ardmore are scheduled for 11:00 A.M., Thursday, November 16, 2023 at Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel with Mary Keith officiating.  Interment is scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Friday, November 17, 2023 at Greenleaf Cemetery in Brownwood, TX with Brian Hall officiating.  Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Wilson. 

Mark was born March 5, 1961 in Brownwood, TX to the late Mr. Lee O'Daniel Ballard and Mrs. Rose Betty (Pierce) Rogers.  He departed from this life on Monday, November 13, 2023 in Oklahoma City, OK. 

Mark was raised in the Fort Worth, TX areas, attending school in Haltom City, TX and White Settlement, TX.  When he was 18, he began working for Uniroyal/Michelin for 43 years where he still currently worked.  Mark married Mrs. Martha Figueroa on September 4, 2004 in Ardmore where they made their home together.  Mark enjoyed fishing and music, but he mostly just loved the Dallas Cowboys.  He attended Saint Mary's Catholic Church.  

Preceding him in death were his parents. 

Mark is survived by his wife, Martha Ballard of the home; step father, John Rogers of Valley View, TX; daughters, Katrina Aycox of Ardmore and Jennifer Francis of Duncan; children, Michael Figueroa, Brian Figueroa, and Christina Figueroa and spouse Lance Barrious all of Ardmore; brother, Ivan Ballard and wife Tammy of Texas, sister, Rhonda Page and husband Bryan of MN; half brother, Danial Ballard and his spouse of TX, half sister, Lee Ballard and her spouse of TX; step sister. Lisa Peterka and husband Tommy of TX; step brother, Gary Pearson of TX; grandchildren, JJ Franis, Jasmine Francis, Jaycee Francis, Braden Still, Ethan Aycox, Elijah Figueroa, Brooklyn Sanchez, and Hunter Sanchez; and 1 great grandchildren, and by a host of other family and friends. 

Pallbearers will be Lance Barrious, Steven Scott, James Lloyd, Chris Stringer, Michael Figueroa, and Preston Cox. 

Visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 6-8 P.M. at Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Wilson.
