Lucio Ontiveros Rodriguez

Ratliff City - Pavilion Services for Mr. Lucio Ontiveros Rodriguez, 82, of Ratliff City are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday, October 3, 2016 at the Ratliff City Cemetery Pavilion with Cyndi Rodriguez officiating and assisted by Donny Custar. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Funeral Home of Ratliff City.

Mr. Rodriguez was born on Dec. 15, 1933 at Vactareros de Tulle Chihuahua, Mexico to the late Mr. Torebio Rodriguez and Mrs. Eustolia (Ontiveros) Rodriguez. He departed this life Saturday, October 1, 2016 at his daughter's residence in Wilson.

Mr. Rodriguez was raised in Mexico coming to the U.S. at the age of 13. He resided at O'Donnell, TX and married the former Ms. Emma Cantu on September 12, 1961. They moved to this area in 1982 and Mr. Rodriguez worked for the City of Healdton. He retired from the City of Healdton in 2006 and has since enjoyed his days gardening and selling his tomatoes.

Preceding him in death were his Parents; Son, Freddy Rodriguez- Dec. 20, 2011; daughter, Elida "Elly" Rodriguez - June 13, 2015 and a son, Tino Salinas - July 2, 2016.

Survivors include his wife Emma of the home; daughters, Mary Casarez and husband Fred of Mt. Pleasent, TX, Catarina Lerma Rodriguez and husband Miguel of Ada, Mela Cullins of Healdton, Carol Teel and husband Mark of Wilson, Lucy Smith and husband Tommy of Ardmore and Anna Canfield and husband Dennis of Duncan; Sons, Sammy Santos and wife Joanna of O'Donnell, TX, Johnny Rodriguez and wife Cyndi of San Antonio, TX, Jamie Rodriguez and wife Amy of Countyline, OK, Israel Rodriguez and wife Jamie of Bixbie and Michale Rodriguez and wife Gypsy of Lone Grove; brother, Guerrero Rodriguez and sisters, Manuela, Chole, Lupe, Andrea and Inez; 26 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Casket Bearers will be Ruben Sotelo, Brian Rodriguez, Aaron Teel, Abram Rodriguez, Joshua Hendrix and Miguel Lerma.

Honorary Bearers are Matthew Cullins and Mark Teel.

Family visitation will be from 5 to 7pm Sunday evening at the funeral home in Ratliff City.
