Services for Linda Beth (Pierce) Patton, 79, of Healdton, are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Healdton with Bro. Phillip Tallman officiating. Interment will follow at the Graham Cemetery. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Healdton.

Linda was born December 11, 1945, to the late Mr. George Clifton Pierce and Mrs. Gladys Elizabeth (Tannahill) Pierce. She departed this life Friday, March 14, 2025, at her home in Healdton.

Linda graduated from Graham High School in 1964, marking the beginning of a life dedicated to service and care. In 1981, she was saved and baptized at the First Missionary Baptist Church, a profound spiritual moment that underscored her commitment to both her faith and her family. For ten years, Linda delivered the Daily Oklahoman in the Healdton area, establishing connections that reflected her outgoing personality and willingness to serve her community. Her passion for helping others led her to pursue a career in nursing; she returned to school and proudly became a Licensed Practical Nurse, graduating in 1991. Linda worked at various nursing homes before joining the Veterans Center in 1995, where she dedicated herself to caring for those who had bravely served the nation. She retired from this position in 2012, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and professionalism that her colleagues will remember. As a mother and grandmother, Linda was nothing short of exceptional. She was deeply involved in the lives of her family members, ensuring they felt loved and supported in every endeavor. Her unwavering dedication and intentionality as a caregiver extended beyond her professional life and permeated her relationship with her family. Linda was known not only for her exemplary nursing skills but also for her warmth and kindness. Anyone who had the privilege of knowing her could attest to her sweet disposition and remarkable work ethic. Her legacy will be remembered by those she cared for and loved throughout her life.

Preceding her in death are her parents, George and Gladys Pierce; husband, Haskell Patton; ex-husband, James Garrett; sisters, Trella Pierce and Georgia Fellabaum; brother-in-law, Warner Fellabaum; granddaughter, Chyenne Patton.

Survivors include her children, Kelly Fleming and husband Matthew of Healdton, Tonya Collins and husband Steve of Sulphur, and Roger Patton and wife Lorie of Caddo; grandchildren, Elizabeth Ross and husband Allan, Megan McLennan and husband Luke, Garrett Fleming, Brittany Johnson and husband Tyler, Summer Winegeart and husband William, Robert Patton, and Ryan Patton; great grandchildren, Raelynn, Lulu, Grace, Mercy, Hope, Ronin, Rook, Ryker, Lillian, Hazel, Violet, Shawn, Chyenne, Jacquelyn, Lois, Hayden, and Hadley; brother, John Pierce and companion Patty Smith; sister-in-law, Lula Pierce; numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and many friends.

Pallbearers will be Robert Patton, Ryan Patton, Allan Ross, Tyler Johnson, William Winegeart, and Luke McLennan.

Honorary bearers are Matthew Fleming, Steve Collins, Clif Pierce, Garrett Fleming, Caleb Pierce, and Todd Pierce.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 P.M., Tuesday evening at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Healdton.
