Wilson – A celebration of life for Mrs. Lillie Ellen (Stafford) Hacker , 93, is scheduled for 2:00 PM Saturday, May 15, 2010 at the Wilson Assembly of God Church with Bro. Wayne Howard and Rev. Monte Dean officiating. She will be laid to rest at Hewitt Cemetery in Wilson with Rev. David Gardner officiating. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Funeral Home in Wilson.


Lillie was born July 3, 1916 in Stephens County, OK near Comanche to the late Bob ”Poppie” Irving Stafford and Martha Emiline (Blankenship) Stafford. She went to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 11, 2010 surrounded by her family at a healthcare facility in Ardmore.


Lillie and the late Mr. George W. Hacker were united in marriage October 24, 1933 at Ardmore. She attended church at the Country Tabernacle in Lone Grove and at Rexroat Baptist Church in Wilson. She worked at Jims Café in Lone Grove and was also as Nurse’s Aide at Memorial Hospital in Ardmore. She also cared for people in their homes.


Lillie was a good Christian woman who worked her entire life to better her children. She loved to go camping and fishing. She also enjoyed having her family over on every Sunday for Dinner and games. She was always a very generous lady, always wanting to feed everyone and she always found good in every person. Her husband George preceded her in death after 68 ½ years of marriage in 2002.


Also preceding her in death is her Parents, Bob and Martha Stafford, Infant grandchild, Sherry Diane Hacker, 2 Brothers, Tommy and Fred Stafford, 3 Sisters, Rosie Pruett, Betty Mitchell and Mattie Emerson and a Great Great Infant Grandson, Mikey Lee Isaac.


Survivors are her children, Gilbert “Gil” Hacker and wife Becky of Wilson, Billy Bob Hacker and wife Carrie of Wilson, Kenneth Hacker and wife Jane of Lone Grove, Vera Mae Williams and husband Bobby of Wilson, and Loran Hacker and wife Peggy of Lone Grove. Sister, Eva Stafford Briscoe of Ardmore. 18 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren, and 13 Great Great Grandchildren. Brothers in law & Sisters in law, O.L. & Maxine Gray, Billy Floyd and Judy Hacker, and Virginia Hacker, all of Wilson. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family.


Casket Bearers will be Grandsons – Wes Hacker, Les Hacker, Ricky Hacker, Steven Hacker, Chris Hacker, Matt Hacker, Caleb Hacker, Bob Moyers, Mike Hacker, Jeff Hacker, and Greg Hacker.


Honorary Bearers will be Nephews.


Family visitation will be 6-8 P.M. Friday evening at Alexander Funeral Home.
