Graveside Services for Mr. Leo Tom "Bill" Bailey are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Monday, January 29, 2024 at Sandy Bear Cemetery. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Velma Chapel.

Bill was born August 29, 1951 in Duncan, OK to the late Mr. Tom Bailey and Mrs. Lucille (Dulworth) Bailey. He departed from this life Sunday, January 21, 2024 in Velma, OK.

Bill was raised in Velma his whole life and attended school there. He worked as a roustabout in the oilfield majority of his life and had also pumped oil wells some. Bill enjoyed hunting and fishing in his younger years, picking the guitar, singing and enjoyed country music.

Preceding him in death were his parents; brother, Larry Bailey and a sister, Lavene Hlavaty.

Bill is survived by his nephews, Lynn Bailey, Sonny Bumpas and wife Cassie, Greg Bumpas and wife Tara, and Ben Hlavaty and wife Rhonda; nieces, Victoria Dulaney and husband Ed, and Sharon Miller and husband Ronald; several great nieces and nephews, and by a host of other family and friends.
