Kathryn was born April 26, 1958, at Alhambra, CA, to the late Mr. JW Low and Mrs. Kathryn Sue (Marshall) Low. She departed this life Thursday, November 21, 2024, at her home in Ratliff City.

Raised in Fox, Kathryn was an accomplished student and graduated with the class of 1976. Following her education, she embarked on a notable career at Citizens Bank in Velma, where she initially served as a bank teller. Over the years, her dedication and expertise led her to the role of loan officer, successfully navigating the bank's transition to First National Bank. She cherished the simple joys, including shopping, planting flowers, and nurturing her beloved animals and the hummingbirds that flocked to her garden. However, her greatest love was undoubtedly her family, with whom she shared countless special moments.
