Services for Kathryn Ann (Low) Pulis, 66, of Ratliff City, are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at the Countyline Baptist Church with Rev. Jamie Griffin officiating. Interment will follow at the Ratliff City Cemetery. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Ratliff City.
Kathryn was born April 26, 1958, at Alhambra, CA, to the late Mr. JW Low and Mrs. Kathryn Sue (Marshall) Low. She departed this life Thursday, November 21, 2024, at her home in Ratliff City.
Raised in Fox, Kathryn was an accomplished student and graduated with the class of 1976. Following her education, she embarked on a notable career at Citizens Bank in Velma, where she initially served as a bank teller. Over the years, her dedication and expertise led her to the role of loan officer, successfully navigating the bank's transition to First National Bank. After an impressive career spanning 43 years, Kathryn retired, leaving behind a legacy of service and commitment to her work. On June 8, 1974, Kathryn married Mr. Thomas “Arron” Pulis at the Fox Baptist Church. To this union, they were blessed with their only son, Michael Arron. Kathryn possessed an unwavering big heart and maintained a vibrant activity level throughout her life. She cherished the simple joys, including shopping, planting flowers, and nurturing her beloved animals and the hummingbirds that flocked to her garden. However, her greatest love was undoubtedly her family, with whom she shared countless special moments.
Preceding her in death are her parents, JW and Kathryn Low.
Survivors include her loving husband, Arron Pulis of the home; son, Michael Pulis and wife Wilda of Ratliff City; Grandson, Jacob Pulis of Velma; sister, Brenda Combs and husband Rodney of Ratliff City; Uncle, Phillip Marshall and wife Jane of Ardmore; Special Nephew, Cameron Wiggins of Stillwater; numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and many friends.
Pallbearers will be Barry Campbell, Drew Smith, David Williams, Eddie Pruitt, Scott Jett, and Jason Oliver.
Honorary bearers are Kent Forkner, Dennis Smith, and all the First National Bank employees.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 P.M., Monday evening at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Ratliff City.
