Mike Williams officiating . Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Crematory and Funeral Home of Ringling, Oklahoma.

Karen Ellice (Webb) Rapier was born May 11, 1961 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Mr. George Ellice Webb and Mrs. May Flower (Sustaire) Webb. She departed this life July 1, 2014 at her home in Ringling, OK.
Karen was raised at Wilson graduating High School there in 1979. She married Mr. William Steven Rapier on December 8, 1978 at the First Baptist Church of Wilson. They made their home in Wilson later moving to Ringling where they raised their family with the exception of residing in Montana for a short time following work. Karen worked for Oklahoma Cardiology Associates in Ardmore as an office manager until 2001. She enjoyed making quilts and had a love for children and animals. Karen was loved by and was a mother to many more children than her own whom she influenced and shaped throughout her amazing life. She adored all of her grandchildren. She was a member at the First Baptist Church of Wilson and loved the movie “The Wizard Of Oz”.
Karen was preceded in death by her Father, George Ellice Webb; Stillborn Son, Alexander Rapier; Sister, Teresa Webb; Step Father, Bill Nichols.
She is survived by her Husband, Steve Rapier of the home; Mother, May Webb of Wilson; Daughter, Samantha Rapier of Denton, Texas; Son, Steve Rapier and wife Stephanie of Ft. Worth, Texas; Two Grandchildren, Trent Johnson and Wren Rapier; Four Sisters, Joy Emberling, Nelta Osborn, Tommy Fields and Shelly Dewitt; Brother, Kelly Webb; A Multitude of other Family and Friends
