Wilson - Funeral Services for Mr. Joe Vincent Graham, 65, Retired SCPO U.S. Navy and retired DHS, of Oil City are scheduled for 2pm Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at the Alexander Funeral Home Chapel in Wilson with Bro. Mike Johnston officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery at Healdton. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Funeral Home of Wilson.

Joe Vincent Graham was born May 3, 1951 at Belen, NM to the late Mr. James Vincent Graham and Mrs. Stella Pauline (Lockhart) Graham. He departed this life on Monday, November 28, 2016 at his home in Oil City.

Joe was raised in New Mexico joining the U.S. Navy on September 26, 1969 at the age of 18. During his time in the military, Joe was stationed in Corpus Christi, TX where he met the former Ms. Carolyn Ann Rozzell. The couple were married on November 27, 1970 at Sulphur Springs, TX. Joe and his bride both served in the U.S. Navy while raising their 4 children. After they retired, Joe and his family moved to Oil City where they made their home. He was employed by DHS, retiring after 24 credible years of work. Joe loved woodworking and fishing anytime he was able.

Preceding him in death is his Parents and one grandson, Jakob Lee Graham.

Survivors include his wife Ann of the home; four children, Heather Shelton of Frisco, TX, Jeremy Graham and wife Kelly of Cooksville, TN, Chris Graham and wife Erika of Healdton, Brooke Miller and husband Ryan of Benton, AR; sisters, JoAnn Brown and husband Angus of Alabaster, AL, Bonnie Beebe of Belen, NM; brother, Mike Graham and wife Laurie of Reserve, NM; 8 grandchildren, Nick, Coby, Riley, Olivia, Emma, Aiden, Avery, Amberley; numerous other family and friends.

Casket Bearers will be Mike Graham, Jeremy Graham, Chris Graham, Angus Brown, Carl Southall, and Ryan Miller.

Honorary Bearers are grandsons, Nickolas Shelton and Coby Shelton.

Family visitation will be from 6-8 pm Tuesday evening at the Alexander Funeral Home Chapel in Wilson.
