Jesse Lee Acosta

Dixie – Funeral Services for Mr. Jesse Lee Acosta, 34, of Dixie is scheduled for 10:00 AM Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at the First Baptist Church of Ringling with Rev. Mike Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Dixie Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Alexander Funeral Home of Ringling.




Jesse was born July 15, 1976 at Healdton to Mr. Jesse Angelo Acosta and Mrs. Debbie Lee (Christian) Acosta. He departed this life Friday January 14, 2011 at Healdton, OK.




Jesse was raised in Velma Area attending school there. He enjoyed playing during his school years and graduated from Velma High School in 1996. He attended college at Devry in Dallas and then returned to this area and began employment in the Oilfield. He most recently was employed for Basic Energy Services in Velma as a fishing tool operator. He and the former Jeria Mears were united in marriage on July 12, 2001 at Wichita Falls, TX. They made their home in Dixie. Jesse loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing and most of all cherished the moments with his precious children and loving family. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ringling.




Survivors include his wife Jeria of the home, Children, Stormy Acosta, Jayden Acosta, Hailey Acosta, and Tristen Acosta, all of the home. Parents, Billy and Debbie Nelson of Duncan, Jesse and Debra Acosta of Dickson. Sisters, Angela Huntley and husband David of Kentucky, and Nikki Nelson of Velma. Brother, Chris Loftie of Velma. Numerous other family and friends.




Pallbearers will be Joe Williams, Chris Loftie, Chris Wise, Billy Nelson, Rod Hammond and Cody Gordon.




Honorary Bearers Tristen Acosta, Jayden Acosta, Hailey Acosta, Stormy Acosta and Joelee Williams




Family visitation will be 6-8pm Monday Evening at funeral home in Ringling.
