Jerry Alan Cochran

Wilson – A celebration of life for Mr. Jerry Alan Cochran, 33, of Wilson are scheduled for Thursday from 11am to 1pm at Alexander Funeral Home with Rev. Alex Costea officiating. Private Interment services will be held later at Bomar Point Cemetery in Wilson, OK.

Jerry was born March 16, 1978 at Middletown, CT to Mr. Bill Edward Cochran, Jr. and Mrs. Anna Marie Stevens. He departed this life Saturday, July 30, 2011 at Wilson, OK.

Jerry was raised in Vermont and joined the Unite States Army National Guard there and served honorably as a paratrooper and infantryman. He moved to the Wilson area in 2007 and was presently employed as an oilfield contractor. When Jerry wasn’t working he enjoyed fishing and being with his family and friends.

Preceding him in death is brother, Donald Russin.

Survivors include his Father, Bill Cochran Jr. of Ringling; Mother Anna Stevens of Middletown, CT; Brothers, Bill Cochran, III of Ringling and Johny Lopez of Middletown, CT; Sister, Trisha Boirie of Middletown, CT; Cousins, Michael, Tommy, Danny, and Jen Jack. 10 nieces and nephews and numerous other family and friends.

Pallbearers are Scott Hyatt, Jim Cooper, Raymond Jack, Greg Race, James Prentice and Keeton Henry.

Honorary Bearers will be Johny Lopez, Michael Shannon , Tom Jack, Dan Jack an Bill Cochran, III.
