Jackie Lynn Kerley

Graveside services for Mr. Jackie Lynn Kerley 62 of Wilson, is scheduled for 2:00 PM, Friday, March 10, 2017 at Ringling Memorial Cemetery with Jerald Wayne Lee officiating. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Funeral Home of Wilson.

Mr. Jackie Lynn Kerley was born November 5, 1954 to the late Mr. Raymond Mackey Kerley and Mrs. Wanda Lee (Marshall) Kerley in Ringling, OK. He departed from this life on March 5, 2017 in Wilson.

Jackie was raised in Courtney attending school at Turner, graduating in 1974. Jackie worked many jobs as a young man helping local farmers and ranchers in hay and with cattle. He was employed with Michelin for 25 ½ years retiring as a tirebuilder in the late 90’s. Jackie enjoyed riding horses, spending time with his children and grandkids, fishing, attending family reunions every 3rd week of July, attending and worshiping at several churches.

Preceding him in death are his parents; brothers, Charles, Stevie and Billy Kerley; sisters, Joyce Lee and Patricia Tolley; grandson, Justus Kerley.

Jackie is survived by his children, Katherine Dodd and husband Shannon of Duncan, Danah Isaacs of Wilson, Jeremiah Kerley and wife Crystal of Wilson, Paul Kerley and wife Mallory of Wilson and Carrie Jane “C.J.” Baltimore and husband Brian of Ardmore; sister, Stella Bayless and husband Doyle of Oakridge, TN; brothers, Frank Kerley and wife Jan of Wylie, TX, Hollis Kerley and wife Kathy of Ardmore, Jimmy Kerley and wife Pam of Ardmore and Rickey Kerley and wife Becky of Centerton, Ark.; sister in law, Linda Kerley; brother in law, J.W. Lee; 13 grandchildren, Xander, Landon, Reyse, Amanda, Levi, Preston, Montana, Dezeriaha, Ely, Cheyenne, Melody, Haley and Jaxie; numerous other family and friends.

Casket bearers will be Brian Baltimore, Michael Morriss, Justin Kerley, Catlin Gravitt, Scott Kerley and Walter Kerley.

Honorary bearers will be Jeremiah Kerley, Paul Kerley, Frank Kerley, Hollis Kerley, Jimmy Kerley, Rickey Kerley, Levi Kerley, Landon Utt and Michael Kerley.
