Helen Fay Hodges

Wilson - Graveside Services for Mrs. Helen Fay (Dickinson) Hodges, 74, of Wilson are scheduled for 2:00 PM at Tuesday Nov. 22, 2016 Hewitt Cemetery with Rev. Tyler Shores officiating. Services are under the direction of Alexander Funeral Home of Wilson.

Helen was born on February 4, 1942 at Oil City to the late Mr. Rossie Dickinson and Mrs. Mattie (Baker) Dickinson. She departed this life Sat. morning Nov. 19, 2016 at her home in Wilson.

Helen was raised in Wilson area attending most of her school years at Zaneis. She was married to Lacy Hodges and to this union they were blessed with 3 sons, Ray, Gary and Forrest. Helen was primarily a housewife and devoted mother to her family. She enjoyed watching television, spending time with her family, visiting with people and fellow shipping with friends. She was a past member of the Missionary Baptist Church of Healdton.

Preceding her in death were her Parents; sister, Wanda Jo "Jody" Chatham; sister, Inez Amant; and a brother, Harrell Dickinson.

Survivors include her son, Ray Hodges of the home; twin boys, Gary Hodges and wife Angie and Forrest Hodges, both of Mustang; close family friend, John of Mustang; Sister, Charlene Sullivan of Healdton; brother, Gary Dickinson and wife Dot of Ft. Smith, AR; grandson Kolby Hodges; numerous other family and friends.

Family visitation will be from 6 to 7 pm Monday evening at the funeral home of Wilson
