Tatums – Funeral Services for Harold Thomas Spigner, 59, of Tatums will be at 2:00 P.M. Friday, May 27, 2011 at the Pilgrim Baptist Church in Tatums with Rev. Reginald J. Thrash, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Oil Springs Cemetery in Tatums. Services are under the direction of Alexander Funeral Home in Ratliff City.
Harold Thomas Spigner, Jr. was born December 7, 1951 at Tatums, Oklahoma to the late Mr. Harold Thomas Spigner, Sr. and Mrs. Mary Francis Boyd. He passed away Thursday, May 19, 2011 at his home in Tatums.
Harold was raised in Tatums attending school at Fox and Tatums. After attending school Harold moved to Dallas to work for Coca Cola for two years before moving back to Tatums where he then worked for area ranches. Harold was a very good carpenter and handyman. He never met a stranger and got along with everyone and always enjoyed spending time in his garden.
Preceding him in death are his parents Harold Spigner, Sr. and Mary Boyd. A brother Harvey Joe Thrash and a sister Diane Williams.
Survivors include his Son Rico Spigner and wife Amanda of Tatums, his Brothers Kenneth Spigner and wife Debbie of Tatums, Billy Ray Williams and wife Latosha of Tatums, Michael Williams, Sr. and wife Jennifer of Duncan, Timmy Boyd and wife Tevett of Tussy, Sisters Tammy Boyd and husband Clay James of Ratliff City, Cassandra Boyd and husband Arnold Laskey of Tatums. Three grandchildren Ryan, Bryan and Jeranda. Companion Marie Gray and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Don Taylor, Dwight Buyucks, Sam Watts, Marvee Johnson, David Hurley, Jermaine Hooks, Anthony Carter and Jimmy Harvey.
Flower Girls will be Monya Harris, Lynn Drain, Christine Jones and Sylvia Lee.
