Geralda Jo Marutzky

Wilson - Funeral Services for Mrs. Geralda Jo Marutzky, 87, are scheduled for 2:00 PM Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015 at the Alexander Funeral Home Chapel of Wilson with Rev. Jason Williams officiating. Interment will follow at the Hewitt Cemetery of Wilson.

Geralda was born Feb. 10, 1928 at Wilson to the late Mr. Oliver Herman"O.H." and Mrs. Elida Gladys (Holmes) Marutzky. She departed this life Tuesday Nov. 10, 2015 at Weatherford, TX.

Geralda was raised in Wilson attending school here. She and the late Mr. Bob Taylor had most recently resided together for many years at Burneyville, where they enjoyed attending the Burneyville Baptist Church. Geralda enjoyed always having a gardening and loved to go fishing. Bob preceded her in death just 3 hours before her own passing on Tuesday.

Also preceding her in death were her Parents; sisters Mary Cook and brothers, Samuel Herman "Joe" Marutzky.

Honorary bearers are Danny Marutzky, Ronnie Powers and Aaron Smith.

Family visitation will be held from noon on Saturday prior to the service at Alexander Funeral Home Chapel of Wilson.
