Geneva Louise Shrader

Healdton - Funeral Services for Mrs. Geneva Louise (Brown) Shrader, 90 formerly of Healdton are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Saturday, November 2, 2019 at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Healdton with Rev. John Harris officiating. Interment will follow to Hillcrest Memorial Park in Ardmore. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Healdton.

Geneva was born October 18, 1929 to the late Mr. Gilbert Arthur Brown and Mrs. Ruby Ester (Fisher) Brown in Fitzhugh, OK. She departed from this life on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at the local nursing home in Marlow.

Geneva was raised in Roff attending school at Fitzhugh. She married Mr. Freeman R. Shrader on December 13, 1955 in Ardmore and making their home in Healdton most of their life. Geneva worked for the bottling plant and assisted Freeman in the rental properties and also help him organize many events through the VFW and was active in the ladies auxiliary. Geneva enjoyed gardening and was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church of Healdton.

Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Freeman on April 26, 1997; sons, Johnny Keeter and Jimmy Shrader; and brother, Gerald Brown.

Geneva is survived by her daughter, Cindy Guild and husband David; daughter in law, Debra Shrader; grandchildren, Chrissy Worrell and husband Chad, Diana Dunbar and husband Tyler, Dea Eggenberg and fiancée Aaron Puckett, James Shrader and wife Lisa and Justin Shrader and wife Emily; great grandchildren, Whitney Keel and husband Stephen, Cody Worrell and wife Chelsea, Samuel Dunbar, Hunter and Ethan Eggenberg, Hayden Leigh, Zane, Natalie and Eli Shrader, Brooklyn and Addalynn Shrader and one on the way; great great grandchildren, Harlee, Hayes and Chloe; sister, Hollis Boren; and a host of other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Chad Worrell, Tyler Dunbar, James Shrader, Justin Shrader, Aaron Puckett, and David Guild. Honorary bearers will be great grandsons.

Visitation will be held Saturday before the service from 9-10 AM at Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Healdton. Online condolences may be made to www.alexanderfuneralhome.org.
