Healdton – Private Family Services will be scheduled for Mr. Franklin Dean Evans, Jr. 36, of Healdton, at a later date. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Crematory of Ringling.

Franklin Dean Evans, Jr. was born June 12, 1980 to Mr. Franklin Dean Evans, Sr. and Mrs. Floy “Cissie” Louise (Lee) Dozier. He passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Healdton.

Franklin was raised in Orr most of his life and attended school at Hydro, OK., graduating High School there in 1998. He moved to Healdton in 2015 where he lived in the Savannah apartments where he was loved by all tenants. Franklin had a love for music with Alabama, Meat Loaf, Guns and Roses, and Kid Rock amongst his favorite artists. He also had a love for wrestling. He loved to fish anywhere with anyone willing to go. Franklin was known for having the biggest heart and being loved by all. He never met a stranger.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Earnie and Sandra Dozier, Sybil Redmon, Genevia Dobbs; dad, Pete Dozier; and uncle, Cecil Lee.

Survivors include his mother, Cissie Dozier of Orr; father, Franklin Evans, Sr. and wife Brenda of Orr, brothers, Johnny Lee and wife Tiffany of Orr, Marcus Evans and wife Carly of Healdton, Jo David Mercado of Mannsville, and Jr. “Bug” Dozier of Orr; sisters, Rose Mercado and Stephanie Mercado of Mannsville, Janie Barrera of Orr, Angel McClure of Duncan, Betty Ray and Brenda Ray of Orrville, California; momma Paula Plott of Ardmore; grandparents, James and Janie Piearcy of Binger, OK; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends.
