Elvia "Bill" Willie (Nordman) Fore

Mrs. Elvia "Bill" Willie (Nordman) Fore or known to many as G.G. , of Healdton departed this life in Sulphur on February 19, 2021 at the age of 95 years, 8 months, and 14 days. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at the First Baptist Church of Ratliff City with Rev. Mike Johnston and Rev. Glynn Baker officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Olive Cemetery in Healdton. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Healdton.

Bill was born on June 5, 1925 in Hewitt to the late Mr. William Henry Nordman and Mrs. Anna Mae (Chance) Nordman.

She was raised in Graham and attended school there until she met and married the love of her life Mr. Zack Loree Fore on July 4, 1942. They moved to California during the war while he was in the Army Air Corp. She worked in an airplane manufacturing plant while there. After the war they moved to St. Louis for a short time and then moved back to Healdton in the 40's where they would make their home and raise their family. Bill was a loving mother and an excellent homemaker. She was known for her delicious cooking and no one ever left her house hungry. She would bake birthday cakes and paint them for the children and grandchildren. Bill also enjoyed being outdoors and fishing. She was a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church of Healdton.

Elvia is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Zack Loree Fore; daughter, Charlotte Sue Fore; son in law; Bill Engling; siblings, Carl R. Nordman, Lona Mary Emberlin, Sybil Pierce, Sylvia Bailey and Jack Walton Nordman.

She is survived by her children; son, Billy Zack Fore and wife Barbara of Healdton; daughters, Vali Hayes and her husband Ronnie of Healdton, Becky Jones and husband Lesley of Ratliff City; Regina Engling of Yukon; sisters, Barbara Kroph and husband John of Wichita, KS, and Betty Henderson and husband Don of Ratliff City; 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 2 great greats; her canine companion Tig; Many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Serving as casket bearers will be Ronnie Alan Hayes, Jeremy Jones, Johnathan Jones, David Henderson, James Neeld, and Randall Robinson.

Honorary Bearers will be Dr. Chris Fore, Donald Lee Henderson, Harvey Nordman, John Kroph, and her great grandsons.

Visitation will be held from 6 - 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Healdton.
