Elewease N Walker

Wilson - Funeral Services for Mrs. Elewease N. Walker, 84 of Healdton is scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Friday, November 16, 2018 at the Alexander Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Dotson officiating. Interment will follow to Mount Olive Cemetery. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Funeral Home in Wilson.

Elewease was born on October 29, 1934 in Mannsville, OK to the late Mr. Tommy Dollar and Mrs. Jessie (Groomer) Dollar. She departed from this life on Sunday, November 11, 2018 in Ardmore.

Elewease went to school in Healdton, spending all of her life in the Southern OK area. She worked at Southwestern Bell as an operator and later went into the real estate business. Elewease started with Maureen Realty before opening her own real estate business, Walker Realty as a broker. She attended First Baptist Church in Healdton for over 40 years. Elewease loved bowling and volunteering in the kitchen at church and was the church treasurer.

Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, James; and a brother, Tommy Lee Dollar.

Elewease is survived by her son, James Dennis Walker of Ardmore; sisters, Geraldine Reeder of Hugoerton, KS and Barbara Scibner of Ardmore; nieces,Debbie Peterson, Belinda Nadina, Joy Reeder, Melissa Morrison and Michelle Law; nephew, Danny Welch; brother and sister in law, Joyce (Walker) Griffin and husband Kenneth of Fox; and a host of other family and friends.

A family visitation is scheduled for 6-8 P.M., Thursday evening at Alexander Funeral Home in Wilson.
