Donnie Ray Wilsie

Wilson – Graveside Services for Donnie Ray Wilsie, 54, are scheduled for 4pm Thursday, January 13, 2011 at the Hewitt Cemetery Pavilion with Rev. Joshua Gunter officiating. Services are under the direction of Alexander Funeral Home of Wilson.

Donnie was born October 14, 1956 at Buckeye, AZ to the late Mr. Julius Ray Wilsie and Mrs. Lola May (Taylor) Wilsie. He departed this life Friday, January 7, 2011 at his residence in Ardmore.

Donnie was raised in Eugene and Springfield Oregon. He worked in construction specializing in concrete finishing all of his working years for several different construction companies. He became a resident of Oklahoma, first moving here in the late 80’s. He enjoyed spending his leisure time outdoors, always admiring the peacefulness and tranquility of the outdoors. He had a deep love for all of his family and friends and would give you the shirt off his back. He was an avid reader of the Bible and was a Christian with a deep spirituality.

Preceding him in death is his Parents, Infant Sister – Cindy Wilsie and a Son, Dustin Ray Wilsie in 2008.

Survivors include his Daughter, Shannon Wilsie of Salem, Oregon, 4 Brothers, Jesse Wilsie of Ardmore, Rick Wilsie of Portland, Oregon, Terry Wilsie and wife T of Medford, Oregon and Gary Wilsie of Jay, Oklahoma. 2 Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Family.
