Graveside services for Donna Jean (Tucker) King, 78, of Ringling, are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Ringling Memorial Cemetery in Ringling with Bro. Joe Taylor officiating. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Ringling.
Donna was born June 4, 1946, at Ardmore, Ok, to the late Mr. Clayton Tucker and Mrs. Beatrice (Enlow) Tucker. She departed this life Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at Seiling, OK.
Raised in Ringling, Donna embodied the values of hard work and commitment from a young age. She completed her education there before embarking on a lifelong journey with her beloved husband, Mr. Dale King. Their marriage on April 11, 1964, was the beginning of a partnership that would create countless cherished memories. As they traveled across various states following Dale's career in the iron field, Donna remained the steadfast anchor for their family, eventually settling back in Ringling to raise their children. Donna's commitment to her community was evident in her many years of service at the Ringling Public Schools cafeteria. Beyond her professional contributions, Donna was a vibrant presence in the lives of her family and friends. Her love for walking and exercising illustrated her active lifestyle, and her unwavering support for local sports made her a familiar face at Ringling Football games. Her joy in cheering for student athletes showcased her pride in the school and its community. Donna treasured her family above all else, emphasizing connection and support. Her legacy of love, kindness, and community spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her. Donna Jean (Tucker) King will be dearly missed, and while her physical presence has departed, the values she lived by will resonate through the hearts of many in Ringling and beyond.
Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Dale; grandson, Clayton Dale King.
Survivors include her son, John King and wife Dana of Seiling; daughter, Missie Clough and husband Stacy of Ringling; sisters, Betty Roberts and Bennie Boyer and husband Gale; 4 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; numerous other family and friends.
Family visitation will be held from 12-2 PM, Saturday, prior to the service.
