Ratliff City - Funeral Services for Mrs. Dolores E. (Thomason) Perkins, 86 are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Ratliff City Baptist Church with Rev. Glynn Baker officiating with Ricky Williams assisting. Interment will follow to Ratliff City Cemetery. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home Ratliff City.
Dolores was born January 19, 1936 in Alma, OK to the late Mr. Earl Wayne Thomason and Mrs. Evelyn (Niles) Thomason. She departed from this life on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 in Duncan, OK.
Dolores married Mr. Bobby Ray Perkins on June 4, 1955 at Wichita Falls, TX and resided together in Elmore City before moving to Ratliff City in 1967. She was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed cooking and baking. Dolores helped at the Senior Citizens Center and helped organize pie auctions at the fire department. She even brought in $1500 for one of her famous homemade pies. Dolores was a woman of perfection making sure to get her hair and nails done every week and always made sure to take week long trips with Bob. She was a member of the Ratliff City Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Bobby on October 15, 2014; and her sisters, Diana and Barbara.
Dolores is survived by her sons, Mike Perkins and wife Rusty, Kent Perkins and wife Kathy, and Brent Perkins and wife Darla; brother, Earl "Butch" Thomason, Jr. and wife Donna; sister, Cecila Ramsey and husband Gary; 8 grandchildren, Chris, Steven, Jonah and husband Jeff, Britnee, Brandon and wife Danielle, Jeffery and wife Christy, Bryan and wife Liz, and Courtney and husband Steven, 17 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and by a host of other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Chris Perkins, Steven Perkins, Brandon Perkins, Bryan Perkins, Jeffery Allen, and Steven Wallace. Honorary bearers will be Connor Armstrong, Caden Armstrong, Jeff Cue, Jake Perkins, Bryson Perkins, and Baylon Perkins.
Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6-8 P.M. at Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Ratliff City.
