Diana Lynn Carter

Wilson – Graveside Services for Diana Lynn Carter, 42, were held 2:00 P.M., Friday May 14, 2010 at the Cheek Cemetery in Lone Grove Cemetery with Bro. Richard Lakey officiating. Services were under the direction and care of Alexander Funeral Home in Wilson.

Diana was born December 10, 1967 at Wilmington, Delaware to Mr. Jimmy Ray Carter and Mrs. Brenda Diana (Bevill) Carter. She departed this life Monday, May 10, 2010 at Tulsa, Ok.

She was raised in Southern Oklahoma and attended college at Murray State College training in the medical field. She enjoyed being on her computer and enjoyed being with her grandchildren. She was presently residing in Okmulgee where she had been employed with Wal-Mart for 6 months. She had also lived at Ravia, Ardmore, and Connerville, TX. She was member of the Gospel Lighthouse Tabernacle in Lone Grove.

Preceding her in death is her Father, Jimmy Ray Carter, and Grandson Blade Marshall.

Survivors include Daughter, Katie Marie Marshall of Ardmore, 3 Sons, Brian Marshall and wife Rachel of Wilson, Andrew Alan Marshall and Michael Gene Marshall, both of Ardmore. Mother, Brenda Johnson of Ardmore. Brothers, Jimmy Carter and wife Kimberly of Ardmore, Albert Carter of Lone Grove. 5 grandchildren and numerous other family and friends.

Pallbearers were Jeremy Marshall, James Marshall, Thomas Carter, Noah Todd, Billy Williams, and Robert Herron.
