David Walten Emberling

Ringling - Graveside Services for Mr. David Walten Emberling, II, 39 of Oklahoma City are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at the Ringling Memorial Cemetery Pavilion with Rev. Susan Marks officiating. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Ringling.

David was born June 15, 1981 in Oklahoma City to Mr. David Walten Emberling and Mrs. Vickie Lou (Armstrong) Prewitt. He departed from this life on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 in Oklahoma City.

David was raised in Choctaw and Oklahoma City area all his life graduating from Choctaw High School. He worked in construction mostly doing concrete work. David's passion was fishing and hunting with his father. He was quite the charmer with the ladies, but most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family especially with his mom.

Preceding him in death is his father, David Emberling; grandfather, Dean Armstrong; and step grandfather, Bob Holloway.

David is survived by his mother, Vickie Prewitt and Jeff Milburn of Ringling; sister, Melissa Stephens of Moore; brother in law, Cecil Stephens of Ponca City; grandmother, Edna Holloway of Oklahoma City; uncles, Sam Armstrong of Ringling, Bobby Armstrong of Oklahoma City and Tim Armstrong and wife Lisa of Yukon; niece Kearstyn Stephens; nephew, Nicholas Stephens and by a host of other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Armstrong, Sam Armstrong, Charlie Cargile, Junior Ruiz, Ira Keith Thompson and Michael "Rock" Cole.

Visitation will be from 5-7 P.M., Monday evening at Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Ringling.
