The service of Mr. Carl Dan Bulla has been moved due to inclement weather from Hewitt Cemetery to Alexander Funeral Home Chapel of Wilson, Oklahoma . The service will resume at 2:00 P.M. as scheduled. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Wilson- Graveside Services for Mr. Carl Dan Bulla, 70, of Healdton are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Hewitt Cemetery of Wilson with Brother in law Dennis Carlile officiating and Daughter Danna Offield providing the Eulogy. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Funeral Home of Wilson.

Dan Bulla was born June 13, 1943 at Healdton, Oklahoma to Mr. Ray Alvin Bulla and Mrs. Loyce ( Farriss) Bulla. He passed from this life Sunday, March 23, 2014 at Healdton, Oklahoma.

Dan was raised in Dillard attending school at Wilson and graduating High School there. He then attended college at Murray State University receiving an Associate Degree. Dan married Lessie Faye Capehart November 9, 1962 at Rexroat Baptist Church. They resided in Whitedeer, TX. retiring from Texaco in the mid 1980’s . He also worked at the city of El Reno Water Department as the City manager retiring from there in 2005. They then moved to the Wilson area and Dan worked as the City Manager of Wilson for a short time. He loved collecting coins, playing guitar and collecting antique guns.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Ray and Loyce Bulla; Brother, Dale Ray Bulla June 24, 2008; Two Daughters, Lisa West and Karla Barnes.

Dan is survived by his wife, Faye (Capehart) Bulla of the home; Daughter, Danna Offield and husband Roger of El Reno, OK.; Grandchildren, Mary West, Amy West and Danny Elston; Great Grandchild, Wesley Elston . Numerous other Family and Friends.
