Velma- Funeral Services for Dalila McKee, 77 of Tussy are scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, April 20, 2024 at the Velma Baptist Church with Rev. Jamie Griffin officiating. Interment will follow at the Old Velma Cemetery. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Velma Chapel.

Dalila was born on Jan. 31, 1947 at Auguadilla, Puerto Rico to the late Mr. Juan Feliciano and Mrs. Milagros Anazagasty. She departed this life Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Oklahoma City.


Dalila was raised at Auguadilla, Puerto Rico marrying Johnnie Vance McKee on September 22, 1962. They returned to the United States, eventually settling in Tussy, raising their two sons. Dalila was always a devout housewife and homemaker and would lend a hand to anyone in need. She was a mother to all of her boy’s friends and loved to sew and talk with her friends on Facebook. She attended church at the First Baptist Church of Velma.


Those preceding her in death are her parents; stepfather, Gregory; husband Johnnie Vance McKee on Sept. 14, 2006; infant daughter Mary Dalila McKee and a sister Gladys.


Survivors include her beloved sons, Darin McKee and wife Roseanne of Bartlesville and Russell McKee and wife Rachel of Ardmore; sister, Virginia Wengrow and husband Herby of San Antonio, Puerto Rico; four grandchildren, Tristan, Connor, Dalton and Caitlin McKee; numerous other family and friends.


Casket bearers are Tristan McKee, Connor McKee, Dalton McKee, Eddie Ruth, Darren Harris and Stanley Thomas.


Family visitation will be held Friday evening from 6 to 8 pm at Alexander Gray Velma Chapel.
