Cynthia Sue (McWaters) Allen was born July 18, 1962 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Mr. Bill Junior McWaters and Mrs. Janell Sue (Heard) McWaters. She passed from this life Monday, May 19, 2014 at her home in Lone Grove, Oklahoma.

Cindy was raised in Oklahoma City. She married Mr. Ricky Allen July 30, 2004 at Gainesville, TX. They made their home in Lone Grove, Oklahoma and have resided there all of their married years. Cindy worked as a baker lastly working at Cattle Rustlers as a hostess. She took very good care of her husband , loved flowers and was an excellent cook.

Cindy is preceded in death by her father, Bill Junior McWaters.

She is survived by her husband, Ricky Allen of the home; Sons, Bill Matthews of the home and Darrell Matthews JR. of Oklahoma City, OK.; Grandchildren, Ethan and Haleigh Matthews; Mother, Janell Beaver of Oklahoma City, OK.; Sister, Machelle Beaver of Kingston, OK.; Brothers, Robert Beaver and Scott Beaver both of Oklahoma City, OK; Stepchildren, Robert Virgil Allen II of Oklahoma City, OK. and Jason J. Allen of Midwest City, OK.; Numerous other Family and Friends.
