Connie Denice Pearson

Mrs. Connie Denice (Hicks) Pearson, aged 62, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at her home in Ratliff City, surrounded by her beloved family. She was born on January 22, 1963, in Wilson, Oklahoma, to the late Mr. Melvin Lee Hicks and Mrs. Carolyn Sue (Tindall) Fox. Cremation services are being handled by Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Ratliff City.

Connie spent most of her upbringing in Healdton, Oklahoma, where she graduated from high school in 1981. Just before her graduation, she married Donald Ray Pearson, Jr. on April 2, 1981, in Healdton. The couple devoted their lives to raising their two children, Alyssa and Dustin. Connie contributed to her community through various employment opportunities, including roles at Stone Grocery, Robbie Automotive, and the local Liquor Store and Bingo Hall. She had a passion for playing Bingo, nurturing her flower gardens, and supporting her grandchildren at their sporting events. Above all, she cherished her role as a grandmother.

Connie is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Harlan Hicks, and her mother-in-law Betty Ann Pearson.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Pearson; her daughter, Alyssa Pearson; her son, Dustin Pearson and wife Heather; her grandchildren, Camdyn Cook, Brightyn Pearson, and Dayton Pearson; her sisters, Cynthia Sanders and husband Robbie, and Shawn Jackson; nieces Mariah Sanders, Jordan Randall and husband Dustin, Kelsey Pulis and husband Brent, Konor Palmer and husband Zack, and Kinzie Hicks; her nephew, Tyler Hicks; along with numerous great-nieces and nephews, and a wide circle of friends and family who will miss her dearly.
