Ringling – Funeral services for Mr. Charles “Chuckie” Wesley Acox, 25 of Velma are scheduled for 2:00 Friday, April 1st at Alexander Funeral Home Chapel of Ringling with Rev. Ronnie Carroll officiating. Interment will follow at Orr Cemetery of Love county. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Funeral Home of Ringling.

Chuckie was born May 6, 1985 at Ardmore to the late Ronnie Gene Acox and Vicki Louise (Farmer) Acox. He departed this life Monday, March 28, 2011 at Denton, Texas.

Chuckie was raised in Ringling attending school there. He attended church at the Church of Jesus Christ in Ringling. He enjoyed playing baseball and loved going fishing. He was presently employed by John Gilby Production of Velma at which he was currently positioned as a rig operator.

Chuckie is preceded in death by his Parents and Grandfather Med Acox.

Survivors include Sisters, Jenny Trammell of Ringling, Natasha Bishop of Ringling, Misty Ficklin of Ringling, and Lacy Acox of Duncan. Brothers, Rodney Eubanks of Ringling and Ronnie Gene Acox, II of Taft, OK. Fiance’ Stormy Allen of the home. Stepdaughter, Raini Branch also of the home. Grandmother, Syble Lyle of Ringling. Numerous Aunts, Uncles and other family.

Pallbearers are Rodney Eubanks, Jeremy Eubanks, Casey Martin, Brad Brooks, Charlie Cox, Zack Jackson and Randy Ridenour.

Honorary Bearers are John Gilby and Kelly Gilby.

Family visitation will be 6 to 8 pm Thursday evening at the funeral home in Ringling.
