Cesar Aguero Gonzales

Cesareo "Cesar" Aguero Gonzales departed this life January 3, 2021 at his residence in Healdton at the age of 67 years, 3 months, an 29 days. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Hennepin Cemetery in Hennepin, OK. with Bro. Mike Johnston officiating. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Healdton.

Cesar was born in Mexico and then came to the United States when he was 14 years old and attended school at Fox. He worked for Clour Well Services for 22 years. He and Mrs. Joy Shankles were married at their home in Healdton on July 8, 1995. Together they have made their home there since then. Cesar enjoyed visiting with family and spending time with the grandkids.

Cesar is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife Joy Gonzales of the home in Healdton; sons, Eric Gonzales and Cal Shankle; daughters, Melissa Verdin and her husband Greg of Ringling; Krystal Weaver and her husband Chris of Houston, TX; Herman and Naomi Downey who helped raise him; siblings, Sharon Castero and Clifford Downey; 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren with one on the way;Many other relatives and a host of friends.
